The short version
- We collect only what you type into our chat or forms, plus the basic technical data every website needs.
- We use it to reply to you and to set up and follow up on your consultation.
- We don't sell it, and we don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Who we are
Atleres builds and looks after websites for trades businesses. We're based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our privacy contact is reachable at atleresofficial@gmail.com and is responsible for how we handle personal information.
What we collect
- Consultation form: your name, business name, trade, phone number, and optionally your email and current website.
- Chat with Kai: the messages you type. If you ask us to call you or book a time, Kai also collects your name, phone number and what you're interested in.
- Booking a time: the details you enter on our booking calendar (Cal.com).
- Technical data: like every website, our host processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and block attacks.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you, set up your consultation, and follow up on it. If you become a client, we also use them to deliver and bill our services. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Our AI assistant, Kai
Kai is an AI assistant, not a person. To write each reply, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic. If you leave your details, the conversation is emailed to us so we can follow up. Please don't share payment details, passwords or health information in the chat.
Your browser keeps the chat for the open tab so it doesn't disappear when you change pages. It's cleared when you close the tab.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our website and business, and only so they can do that job:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
- Anthropic: powers Kai's replies.
- Resend: delivers form and chat enquiries to our inbox.
- Google: our email inbox (Gmail) and the fonts on this site.
- Cal.com: our booking calendar.
- Stripe: processes client payments. We never see your full card number.
Where it's stored
Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, it's subject to the laws of that country, and may be accessed by its courts or authorities.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our booking calendar and payment pages are run by Cal.com and Stripe, which may use their own cookies on their pages.
How long we keep it
If you contact us but don't become a client, we delete your details within 2 years of our last contact, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, we keep business and billing records for as long as the law requires, usually 6 years for tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email atleresofficial@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Our clients' websites
When we build a Smart Website for a client, their assistant collects their customers' details on their behalf. The client decides how those details are used and is responsible for their own privacy policy. We handle that information only to run the client's website and deliver their leads.
