Atleres builds and looks after websites for trades businesses. We're based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to anyone using atleres.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using this site
You can browse the site, read our guides, chat with our assistant and book a consultation. Please don't misuse it: no spam, scraping, hacking attempts or false information in our forms.
Consultations and quotes
Booking a consultation or sending us a form doesn't create a contract. Work starts only after you accept a written service agreement and pay the deposit. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement wins.
Our AI assistant
The chat on this site is run by an AI assistant called Kai. It can make mistakes and isn't a substitute for talking to us. We confirm anything about our services in writing before you buy. Please don't share payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Information you send us
When you use the chat or a form, we collect what you give us, such as your name, business name and phone number, to reply to you and set up your consultation. We don't sell it. Our privacy policy at atleres.com/privacy/ explains what we collect, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card number. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
- Before we send your first draft: you get a full refund of your deposit if you change your mind.
- After your first draft is sent: the setup fee is non-refundable. We keep revising, with the rounds of revisions included in your package, until you approve the site.
- Monthly care plan fees already paid are not refunded.
- Monthly care plans have a minimum term, set out in your service agreement. After it ends, you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
- To ask for a refund, email us. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Our content
The design, text, images and code on this site belong to Atleres. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
No guarantees
This site and its guides are general information, provided as is. We work to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee they're error-free or that any result will follow from using them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Atleres isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site. Work for clients is covered by the liability terms in their service agreement.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites, such as our booking calendar. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
